Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children aged 2–18 in the Hudson County/Jersey City area. This is a full-time role in Jersey City, NJ, requiring BCBA certification and a Master’s in ABA or related field.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
