Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, assess clients with autism, and train caregivers and staff.

The BCBA will supervise behavior technicians, collect and analyze data, and ensure implementation of evidence-based interventions across home, school, and community settings. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with clients, families, caregivers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement data collection systems to monitor client progress and drive data-based decisions.
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to establish goals and support plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Deliver direct intervention services when needed and maintain thorough documentation of progress and plans.
