Job summary

The Learning Center for the Deaf in Framingham, MA seeks a licensed BCBA to collaborate with the Marie Philip School and Walden School teams. The role focuses on functional behavior assessments, design and implementation of effective behavior support plans, and development of instructional programs for deaf and Deaf-disabled students aged 3–22.

Collaborate with educational and clinical staff, train team members, and ensure evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Massachusetts licensure in Applied Behavior Analysis; out-of-state licensure must obtain MA within one year.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments in collaboration with TLC’s educational and clinical staff.
• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans through data collection.
• Train staff in Functional Behavior Assessment, Behavior Support Plans, data collection, and safety protocols.
• Develop instructional programs for deaf and Deaf-disabled students aged 3–22.
• Ensure treatment methodologies reflect evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
