Boston Speech and Language Therapy in Hanover, MA seeks a BCBA to develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students in clinical and school settings. This temporary role supports manageable caseloads and a supportive work environment.

The position requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with preferred experience in educational settings and collaboration with families and teachers. Compensation is hourly with potential extension depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Experience in educational settings.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify root causes of behavioral challenges.
• Design and implement individual behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of plans.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff and caregivers on behavior management.
• Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, assessments, and progress reports.
