Formación

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst credential required.
• Licensure as ABA is optional per MA DESE.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Experience with inclusion of students with developmental disabilities and autism.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with team on IEPs, goals, and Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Assess progress of Behavioral Intervention Plans and data collection.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and observations.
• Support teachers in behavior needs across general and special education.
• Coordinate Paraeducator training and staff modeling of techniques.
• Respond to behavioral crises and provide parent guidance.
• Assist transitions between school settings.
• Participate in professional groups and adhere to district policy.
• Supervise Paraeducators during Extended School Year.
