Supervise clients and RBTs in person and via video calls.
Create measurable goals for families and staff.
Collaborate with families and professionals to support behavior change.
Clinically review assigned RBT session notes.
Conduct training for caregivers to ensure consistency of skills.
Maintain open communication with clients and staff.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
