Qualifications

• Experience providing services to individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and behavior changes.
• Supervise clients and RBTs in person and via video calls.
• Create measurable goals for families and staff.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support behavior change.
• Clinically review assigned RBT session notes.
• Conduct training for caregivers to ensure consistency of skills.
• Maintain open communication with clients and staff.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate client records.
