A leading ABA service provider in New Augusta seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop personalized treatment plans, supervise clients and RBTs, and ensure effective data-driven practices. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification, and is committed to ethical standards in client care. Formación

• Experience providing services to individuals with ASD.
• Must be willing to obtain LBA in IN.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Supervise clients and RBTs in-person and remotely.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for behavior change.
