Job summary

Pops-Aba is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and ensure data-driven, ethical service delivery across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

The BCBA will oversee program implementation, caregiver training, and progress evaluation while maintaining required BACB ethics, payer compliance, and timely documentation in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Successful completion of background screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor treatment progress and update programming.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct caregiver training sessions.
• Document supervision and keep records in payer-compliant format.
• Ensure clinical documentation is timely and accurate.
