Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. The BCBA will lead assessments, design BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and service providers to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities include progress monitoring, adjusting treatment plans, staying current with ABA research, and promoting evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis is required.
