Job summary

Adapt For Life is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services for a caseload designed around CASP guidelines. The role emphasizes individualized ABA therapy with families and schools, plus on-going mentorship from the Clinical Director.

The position offers a robust benefits package, weekly pay, and opportunities for additional compensation up to $14,300 annually based on performance and caseload.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children and families.
• Manage coordination of case management activities.
• Oversee a caseload of 8 clients or 300 weekly RBT hours, billing 29 hours per week.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Supervise clinical staff and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate communication with schools, funding sources, and therapists.
