Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts seeks a Behavior Support professional to assist residential and day programs. You will work with Behavior Analysts to assess, plan, implement, and monitor behavior supports that meet regulatory requirements from DDS and MassHealth.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field and at least two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. The position is 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral concepts and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Participate in behavior assessment to contribute to design of behavior supports.
• Work with Behavior Analysts to develop materials for program staff.
• Develop, train, monitor, and document behavioral supports and guidelines.
• Provide targeted behavior support following plans and antecedent approaches.
• Assist with data collection, incident reports, and data summaries.
