Job summary

Strides Behavioral Services, LLC seeks two experienced BCBAs to join our clinic-based team in Warwick and East Providence, RI. This full-time role focuses on designing treatment plans, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents with moderate to severe behaviors.

Candidates must be BCBA-certified, RI-licensed, and possess strong data-based decision making, compassionate communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• RI licensure as Behavior Analyst in good standing.
• Experience with severe behavior and social skills instruction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Design individualized treatment plans for behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Lead social skills groups and peer interaction programs.
• Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Communicate with caregivers and clinical team.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and ethical practices.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in safety and crisis intervention training.
