Reaching Milestones is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Richmond Hill, Georgia team. The role offers leadership pathways, extensive collaboration with families, and a focus on ethical, evidence-based ABA services.

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome and a $10,000 signing bonus is included with the offer. The organization has 22 years of experience with six locations and opportunities for clinical leadership as well as potential director roles, depending on

Qualifications

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree meeting applicable certification and professional requirements.
• Ability to meet applicable Georgia practice, payer, and employer requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethical, individualized, evidence-based treatment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and clinical team members.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment programs based on clinical data.
• Provide appropriate supervision, training, and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote skill development and generalization across environments.
• Review clinical data and documentation to support treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in treatment planning, parent training, and interdisciplinary collaboration as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable ethical, professional, payer, and regulatory requirements.
