Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Richmond Hill, GA clinical team. This full-time position welcomes newly certified BCBAs and emphasizes evidence-based care and caregiver collaboration to help children acquire essential skills.

The role includes conducting assessments, developing plans, supervising RBTs, and coordinating with families in a clinic setting. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree meeting applicable certification and professional requirements.
• Ability to meet Georgia practice, payer, and employer requirements.
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and their practical application.
• Ability to provide effective clinical supervision, feedback, and staff training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data collection, Microsoft Excel, and clinical record management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and analyses as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical data.
• Provide supervision, training, and guidance to RBTs and behavior assistants.
• Ensure treatment recommendations are implemented correctly and consistently.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote skill development and generalization across environments.
• Conduct parent training and participate in treatment planning.
• Conduct language assessments, including VB-MAPP and ABLLS, as applicable.
• Implement and oversee verbal behavior programs.
• Review clinical data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide constructive feedback and support staff development.
