Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master\'s degree meeting applicable requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment programs based on data.
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote skill development across environments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure ethical compliance.
