Job summary

Applied ABC in Stone Mountain, GA is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically and drive outcomes for children and families. The role is hybrid and in-person, not fully remote, with services at Georgia locations as needed.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and use VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland assessments, supported by a Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• Georgia LBA when required and an 8-hour supervision certificate are needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Oversee assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
