Job summary

Reaching Milestones is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Richmond Hill, Georgia clinic. This full-time role offers leadership potential and a collaborative, family-centered approach to ABA services.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and work with caregivers to promote skill development while upholding ethical, evidence-based practices. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree meeting certification and professional requirements.
• Ability to meet Georgia practice, payer, and employer requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethical, individualized, evidence-based treatment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment programs based on clinical data.
• Provide supervision, training, and guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote skill development and generalization across environments.
• Review clinical data and documentation to support treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in treatment planning, parent training, and interdisciplinary collaboration as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable ethical, professional, payer, and regulatory requirements.
