Applied ABC in Georgia is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children and families with data-driven ABA therapy. Positions include full-time salaried, hourly, and hybrid/home-based options based on client needs and qualifications.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and necessary supervision credentials. The role offers a competitive salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus after probation, and comprehensive benefits with flexible work setups.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Georgia LBA where required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to provide in-person services when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support clients and team during behavioral crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA requirements.
