Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA services in our Cary clinic. You will develop data-driven programming, supervise RBTs, and guide families to support meaningful client outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, review data regularly, and ensure compliance with BACB standards while advancing treatment plans and transitions to next steps as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Offer family guidance to support programming success.
• Maintain timely data review and team communication.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
