Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated BCBA to deliver behavioral assessments, plan development, and evidence-based ABA interventions for children with ASD. You will work with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and quality of life.

The role emphasizes ongoing data collection, treatment plan refinement, and staff supervision, with a focus on ethical practice and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative approach with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to reflect outcomes.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in ASD management and home strategies.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and direct staff, providing training and feedback.
