Job summary

Soar Autism Center is expanding into the Maryland region with a ground-floor Clinical Trainer role focused on BCBA-led supervision and training for BT/RBT trainees. You will work across 1–2 centers, support RBTs, and guide case supervisors while advancing ESDM-based care for young children and families.

The position offers strong onboarding, leadership exposure, and opportunities to advance clinically within a growing network, with compensation aligned to market rates and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Maryland BCBA license.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop new trainees at 1–2 local centers after centralized training.
• Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs.
• Support 3–4 case supervisors in clinical and decision-making growth.
• Provide weekly hours of billable supervision for trainees and for exam preparation.
• Host weekly group training sessions for new trainees at their home center.
• Build trainees' skills in ESDM and ABA strategies and data collection.
