Tier1usa is seeking an Associate Clinical Trainer in the Phoenix Metro Area to support children with autism through the application of ABA therapy. You will work closely with case supervisors and an interdisciplinary team to design effective treatment plans that promote the children’s development.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.

Aufgaben

• Support 3-4 case supervisors in developing their skills.
• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments.
• Provide supervision to trainees during their first 6 weeks.

Kenntnisse

Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst

ABA early intervention experience

Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Clear professional communication skills
