Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license.
• Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and deliver therapy for young children ages 2–6 years.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans with clinical specialties.
• Monitor client progress and communicate changes to families.
