Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA services for clients. You will partner with families and the clinical team to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure quality documentation.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 with an uncapped bonus earning potential and a $10,000 employee bonus.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Applicable state licensure, if required
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
• Collaborate with families to support treatment goals
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operations to remove barriers to care
