360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services as a supervisor in a hybrid work environment. You will oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise clinical teams, and collaborate with families and support staff to ensure high-quality care.

This senior BCBA role offers a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 with an uncapped bonus earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including CEU support, student loan assistance, and career growth

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and current licensure as applicable.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
