Job summary

The role offers a base salary in the mid- to high-80k range with an uncapped bonus structure tied to billables, plus CEU support, student loan assistance, and clear career growth paths within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Applicable state licensure if required

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services
• Develop and oversee treatment plans and monitor progress
• Supervise, coach and mentor clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support goals
