Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA services. You’ll work with families, clinical team members, and support teams to deliver individualized care.

Base salary $87,500–$93,000 with uncapped bonus earning potential; 100 monthly billables; $25 per qualifying hour over 100; CEU support; student loan support; career growth and dedicated mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Applicable state licensure, if required.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with support teams to remove barriers to care.
• Support professional development of clinical team members.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based, client-centered ABA services.
