This senior opportunity offers a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 with uncapped bonus earning potential, a $10,000 employee bonus, CEU support, student loan assistance, and robust team backing to drive professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to remove barriers to care.
• Support the professional development of clinical team members.
