Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and oversee ABA programs with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with families and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care and ensure robust program outcomes.

The role includes developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and leveraging our dedicated support teams to focus on client outcomes and professional growth. Competitive base salary and uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Applicable state licensure, if required.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to remove barriers to care.
