Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as Clinical Supervisor for Massachusetts Behavioral Services. This leadership role provides clinical guidance, mentorship, and oversight of service delivery across branches, with hybrid work and regional travel as needed.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, MA LBA/LABA licensure, supervision training, and strong ABA knowledge, with a passion for developing clinicians and fostering growth in a collaborative, ethical environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active Massachusetts LBA/LABA licensure (or willing to obtain).
• 8-hour Supervision Training (or willing to obtain).
• Previous supervision, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to behavior staff across the branch.
• Offer consultation and problem-solving regarding provider assignments and service delivery.
• Plan and execute monthly supervision requirements in line with BACB/state regulations.
• Develop training programs and lead internal career training and advancement pathways.
• Partner with leadership to address staffing, client needs, and service delivery challenges.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Travel to school sites to ensure consistent supervision and service delivery.
• Act as a clinical leader and resource for providers navigating evolving situations.
