Responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs and behavior support plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and support fidelity of implementation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams to develop consistent, evidence‑based behavioral strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical input on behavioral progress, goals, and interventions.
  • Provide staff consultation, training, and coaching to support effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide direct student support in 1:1 or small‑group settings as needed.

  • 8‑hour Supervision Training (if not current, must be willing to obtain).
  • Previous supervision, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and evidence‑based intervention practices.
  • Demonstrated passion for mentorship, professional development, and supporting the growth of fellow clinicians.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with providers, school personnel, and internal staff members.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and high‑quality service delivery.
