Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Massachusetts LBA/LABA licensure, or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 8-hour supervision training or willingness to obtain.
• Prior supervision, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, assessment, and intervention practices.

• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and supervision to staff across the branch.
• Consult on provider assignments, service delivery, and skill development.
• Plan and execute monthly supervision requirements in line with BACB/state rules.
• Develop training programs and lead internal career pathways.
