Ro Health is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Supervisor for the Massachusetts Behavioral Services division. This hybrid role includes regional travel as needed and pays $55–$65/hr.

The Clinical Supervisor will mentor providers, ensure high‑quality ABA services, and lead clinical guidance across the branch. They will support staff development, collaborate with leadership, and promote an ethical, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Massachusetts LBA/LABA licensure and supervision training as required.
• Experience in supervision, leadership, or mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff across the branch.
• Consult on provider assignments, service delivery, and skill development.
• Plan and execute monthly 5% RBT supervision as per BACB/state rules.
• Support clinical decision-making and evidence‑based ABA practices.
• Develop training programs and lead career development pathways.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, client needs, and performance.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Travel to school sites to ensure consistent supervision and delivery.
• Coach and mentor clinicians for ongoing development.
