The position requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a starting salary of $87,000 and a $5,000 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of professional ASD experience in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA programs and provide direction for caseloads.
• Conduct evaluations, QA reviews, and audits as assigned.

• Recruitment coordination with HR and oversee program associates.
• Travel up to 50% for regional activities and conferences.
