Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB and state license where applicable.
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs, or Fellows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for clinicians.
• Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and update treatment plans.
• Ensure effective therapy delivery by reviewing treatment plans.
