Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
- Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
Responsibilities
- Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise hours.
- Coach and train behavior technicians; ensure adherence to protocols.
- Coordinate care with caregivers and payers; document progress.
- Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
