Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across various settings, including center, home, school, or telehealth. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, and remote work.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, plus ASD experience. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Oversee supervision hours and ensure 100% treatment adherence.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and payers.
• Provide ongoing coaching to behavior technicians.
• Maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Achieve a minimum of 120 payor/client billable hours per month.
