Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. This full-time, salaried role reports to the Group Clinical Manager and focuses on developing treatment plans and supervising technicians.

Required are a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, plus ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD required.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and payers.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient records.
