Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• CPR certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based programs, conducts behavior assessments and serves as Assessor when needed.
• Provides parent education and acts as liaison between families, community and providers.
• Performs evaluations, case management reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Meets productivity requirements as defined in the annual budget.
• Leads staff meetings and delivers specialized training and materials.
