Job summary

Balance Autism is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to lead personalized ABA programs for children with autism. You will coordinate with families and staff to design, implement, and evaluate treatment plans, and provide supervision to a team of Behavior Technicians.

You will oversee program progress, collaborate with families and professionals, and apply data-driven methods backed by research to empower children and families in our clinic setting in Coralville,

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Experience leading ABA programs and supervising staff preferred.
• VB-MAPP/ABLLS or FBAs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment to develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Provide oversight and supervision to each child's program and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and allied professionals to implement a comprehensive ABA approach.
