Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This full-time, permanent role includes supervision of clinical staff, program development, and coordination with families and insurance providers.

You will supervise treatment teams, ensure quality care, provide training, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and coordinate with families and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with parents.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports and insurance reviews.
