Balance Autism is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Waterloo, IA to lead and oversee ABA programs for children with autism. You will coordinate with families and staff to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

You will supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and professionals, and contribute to data-driven decision making in a hands-on clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• 2–4 years preferred in conducting behavioral assessments and leading ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Provide oversight and supervision to each child's program and to a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and allied professionals to deliver a comprehensive ABA approach.
