Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees ABA program components for caseload ensuring high quality and adherence to best-practice guidelines.
• Provides training and supervision to program associates; conducts staff development.
• Meets productivity and budget targets; conducts evaluations and quality assurance reviews.
• Recruits, onboards, and orients new associates; maintains ongoing training for staff and certification readiness.
• Travels up to 50% locally to engage with families, schools, and community providers.
