Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an ABA Supervisor to oversee behavior programs for children with developmental delays and ASD. You will supervise direct reports, conduct assessments, and ensure adherence to best-practice ABA guidelines.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR certification, and 2–3 years of clinical experience in a multidisciplinary setting. Occasional travel and ongoing staff training are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Must possess and maintain a BCBA certification.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs and conducts assessments.
• Provides parent education and intervention activities.
• Leads staff meetings and supervises program associates.
• Oversees recruitment and onboarding of new program staff.
• Maintains quality assurance reviews and audits as assigned.
