Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• CPR certification required.

• Provide ABA-based supervision and intervention for children with ASD.
• Lead staff meetings and deliver trainer materials.
• Recruitment and onboarding of program associates.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and healthcare providers.
• Travel as required and participate in conferences/trainings.
