Job summary

Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. seeks a BCBA supervisor to lead ABA programs for children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders.

Under direct supervision, you will provide clinical supervision and direction to direct reports to ensure high-quality, evidence-based interventions. You will collaborate with families, therapists, schools, and community agencies; conduct assessments; train staff; and oversee program performance while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 2–3 years of professional ASD experience in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Expert knowledge of ABA methodologies (PRT, NET, PECS, BST, EFA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA programs for the caseload, ensuring high quality and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide supervision and direction to direct reports and program associates.
• Lead staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, schools, and community agencies.
• Conduct evaluations, quality assurance reviews, and maintain productivity targets; travel up to 50%.
