Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• CPR certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA-based supervision and directs discipline-specific treatment.
• Oversees ABA program components for caseloads and ensures best-practice guidelines.
• Conducts trainings, staff development, and onboarding for associates.
