Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, develop plans, supervise behavioral technicians, and coordinate with caregivers and payers across center, home, school, or telehealth settings.

Must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and be a BCBA; ASD experience is required. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, HIPAA compliance, and collaborative care for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or applied behavior analysis.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes with clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence monthly.
• Evaluate patients for skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and plan interventions.
• Lead supervision of behavior technicians and provide ongoing coaching.
