360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Orange, CA for a hybrid role with strong clinical leadership. You will oversee ABA services, supervise clinicians, and collaborate with families and internal teams to drive exceptional client outcomes.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 with an uncapped bonus structure, plus a 100 monthly billable target and $25 per qualifying hour over 100. CEU support and career growth are included.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

What You'll Do

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst , you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services while partnering with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care
• Support the professional development of clinical team members

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Spanish Bilingual a Plus!
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment
