Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical ABA services with dedicated teams. You will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and partner with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The package includes a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 per year, a $10,000 employee bonus, and uncapped bonus earning at $25 per qualifying hour beyond 100 monthly billables, plus CEU support and student loan support.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Applicable state licensure, if required

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care
• Support the professional development of clinical team members
• Promote ethical, evidence-based, client-centered ABA services

What You'll Do
